It pays off to do your digging when it comes to knowing whats good for us and whats not. I have always been aware of the dangers of Wifi and the interference it can cause within our bodies. Exposure to mobile phones and cell networks is becoming something we almost cant avoid. I employ a few simple practices to reduce my exposure.
1. Turn my phone on airplane mode EVERY night before sleeping.
2. Turn off my wifi router at night.

4. Use my phone on speaker always, try to keep it at least 3 inches away from your body.
